These terms apply to the HZB Network website (www.hzbai.io) and website pages that expressly link to them, including project information, research, documentation, downloads and videos. Please read these terms and the Privacy Notice before using the website. If you disagree, discontinue use of the relevant website features.
Information on the company entities associated with HZB Network is available in the company overview. These terms concern website use only and do not replace a service, procurement, investment or other agreement with a particular entity. The provider and conditions of a separate service are identified in that service’s agreement.
02Website features and eligibility
The current website provides public content, documentation search, downloads, video playback and external links. It does not provide account registration, wallet connection, asset custody, trade execution or online payments. Reading a product roadmap, architecture or economic model does not grant access to the described products or services.
Use the website in accordance with applicable law. When contacting us or providing materials for an organization, ensure that you have appropriate authority. Minors should use the website with a parent or guardian’s guidance and should not submit sensitive personal information through public channels.
03Technical materials and development information
Descriptions of specialist models, HIVM, developer tools and applications explain research directions, designs and development progress. Unless expressly released otherwise, documentation, demonstrations and example addresses do not constitute an available production API, SDK or MCP service, a performance commitment or an availability guarantee.
Downloadable local examples illustrate documented workflows and do not execute real asset transactions. Before use in a real business, evaluate security, permissions, data handling and suitability. Do not enter real private keys, seed phrases or production credentials into examples.
04Acceptable use and security
Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harassing activities. Do not distribute malicious code, disrupt operation, bypass access controls or overload the site in a way that affects other visitors. Do not impersonate HZB, guests or other organizations, or turn website materials into misleading evidence of authorization or endorsement.
Report security issues privately through official channels with the information needed to understand the issue. Do not expose others’ data, exploit a vulnerability to expand access or test systems without authorization.
05Content and intellectual property
Text, logos, images, videos, designs and code belong to HZB or their respective rights holders. Public display or availability for download does not transfer ownership or grant trademark, likeness or commercial endorsement rights. Attribute quotations accurately and do not distort their meaning.
Use brand materials according to the brand resources guidance. Software, open-source components and downloads with a separate license remain subject to that license. Obtain authorization from the relevant rights holder for uses beyond an express permission.
06External platforms and guest content
The website may link to Paragraph, X, YouTube, Telegram, HHA or other third-party websites. Their own terms govern their content, services and information practices. Check the destination and its policies before proceeding.
Guest videos, quotations and industry articles reflect the speakers’ or authors’ views at the time of publication. They are not guarantees of product performance, investment outcomes or future cooperation. The scope of any cooperation is determined by formal disclosures or agreements.

Website content is for project and technical information. It is not investment, securities offering, legal, tax or other professional advice, or a promise of returns or token value. Independently verify information and obtain appropriate professional advice for significant business or asset decisions.
